Aimee Gross was born and raised in New York. She moved to Florida after high school and received her Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from Florida Atlantic University in 1999. Ms. Gross graduated cum laude from the University of Miami, School of Law, receiving her Juris Doctor in 2002. She was also a member of the legal fraternity Phi Delta Phi and was a member of the Psychology and Law Law Review.
Ms. Gross was admitted to the Florida Bar in 2002 and founded the Law Firm of Aimee Gross, P.A., in 2014. She focuses her practice on all aspects of Marital and Family Law, including representing high net worth clients and working on complex cases involving child custody and timesharing, alimony, equitable distributions, and business valuations.
Ms. Gross is widely active in local and state bar associations and has been appointed to multiple prestigious leadership positions. In 2013, she was selected as one of only 30 attorneys from South Florida to be a Fellow of the Wm. Reece Smith, Jr. Leadership Academy, in it’s inaugural year. Ms. Gross is also currently a member of the Executive Council and Legislation Committee of the Family Law Section of the Florida Bar, while a mentor for law students through the Young Lawyer’s Division of the Florida Bar.
Ms. Gross also gives back to the community by assisting with charitable foundations and providing pro-bono legal services.
